The specific mud used for this product works hand in hand with the active fungus fighting ingredients and healing components it’s combined with. The mud sticks to the foot and allows the product to fight the microorganisms which are decaying the hoof.
The healing agents also get involved which helps in restoring and growing the tissues and hoof. Once the hoof has absorbed these elements within it, it dries and seals the hoof.
This protects the hoof from the outer elements (urine, manure, etc) which were the original culprits to the initial hoof rotting problem.
